ND Family Support Platform provides AI-powered support, resources, and guidance for families of neurodivergent individuals. Our Service includes:

  • Comprehensive assessment tools
  • AI-powered question and answer system
  • Access to educational resources and PDF guides
  • Custom PDF request services (Professional tier)
  • Email support and automated guidance

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: The information and guidance provided through our Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our Service does not provide:

  • Clinical diagnosis or treatment
  • Therapy or counseling services

  • Individual Plan: $34/month - 100 questions per month
  • Family Plan: $49/month - 150 questions per month, 2 logins
  • Professional Plan: $99/month - Unlimited questions, PDF library access, custom PDF requests

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier
  • Automatic monthly billing until you cancel your subscription
  • Our right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months
  • We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Share your account credentials with others (except Family plan co-parent feature)
  • Resell or redistribute our content without authorization

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of ND Family Support Platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without a license

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ND FAMILY SUPPORT PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
